I'm very partial to Sierra Mist Free. For a diet drink, it actually quenches my thirst.
But since I'm also working to lose weight and eat healthier, I've gotten in to drinking good old water in a BIG way -- at least two liters a day. I take about 15 swallows every 30 minutes. It's lovely to be hydrated! Oh, but it makes me go #1 a lot.
I've always loved the smell of coffee, but I can't abide the taste. Isn't that weird?
And all through my 20s and 30s, I drank tons of Diet Coke -- usually at least 12 cans per day. It was very hard to kick the caffeine habit -- it really is an addictive drug -- but after two days the headaches went away. Now, after three years, I don't miss caffeine one bit.

Chai non-fat latte is my absolute favorite but is a rare treat. I drink coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day.
