Clerks showed the world that Kevin Smith is a genius at writing dialog. Every single movie he has put out has entire conversations worthy of being repeated time after time.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Clerks 2 was definitely not a let down, either. Clerks is a classic, IMO.

i tend to agree with the construction guy. the people who were working on the death star knew exactly what they were getting into. they knew the risks and decided to take their chances, so their deaths are no ones fault but their own.

My all-time favorite comedy movie and one of the greatest movies ever, the sequel wasn't so good though.

I enjoyed it. little movie, not big on plot....just character fueled.
and jay and silent bob are always worth watching...not the best movie ever made, but a pleasant way to kill a boring afternoon...

I worked at a family owned video store. I know exactly what it was like....I worked next to another store....I tell you that movie is true to what it was trying to portray...word for word...event to event....

I loved it....Lived it....and I will do it gain....
oh yeah...one more thing.....
