Hmmmm... I've been debating with myself about this for quite some time... There are several ways Earth could and probably did form, simply by following the laws of the universe. They have even proven how a combination of the elements on the early Earth and the atmospheric pressure could create nucleic acid, which then becomes DNA, which then becomes, well, life. I believe that if He truly exists, than He was the one who triggered the big bang in the begining, but he did not create planets. I think that even He has to follow the Universe's laws. There are too many paradoxes to say that if He does exist, that He could do anything. For example, can He make a rock that is too heavy for Himself to lift? Just a thought... so 3. I realy don't know. Yet.

1. Of course God exists, how do you think the world was actually born? How could the first person in the world come here without the help of magic...also known as God. God is for real :D
