Mosler. They are really great. If you have a friend in or around Bend, Oregon you can have them go into the Nosler factory store and purchase "castoffs". Those bullets which don't meet the factory specs (pretty high standards), but when you look at them with your eyes, you might not notice anything.

mercury hollow- tip. they spread upon contact. even if the bullet is recovered, the vic dies of mercury poisoning.
