I surprise them with little things like their favorite candies or a nice book they've been meaning to read. I just do or say little things that demonstrate that I've been thinking about them throughout the day.

By doing something nice for them in return....I always try to say thank you and then I am off to do something special that I know that they will also appreciate.

I just show it...by being there for them, asking them how their day was, just letting them know that I care and that they are important to me in little hinting ways like that.

For my family it is hugs, kisses, praise & doing what I can for them :-)
For my friends it is also hugs, but also listening to them & helping them as much as I can :-)
