Are you talking physically or mentally...or yes?
Actually they both go hand in hand...when you take care of yourself physically you tend to take care of yourself mentally. When you are mentally healthy...you take care of yourself physically. Just make sure you eat well, get plenty of rest and exercise, drink lots of water, hang out with family and friends and smile a lot!

make sure you're physically well, like eating well, sleeping enough and work out. as well as emotionally well like having friends around, positive attitude, open minded and are at peace with on going life. and mentally and spiritually well like having a religion to rely on, give food to your mind by reading and meditating and be confident and trusting in yourself and others. these are just basic tips for keeping yourself well! good luck!

Treat others as you want to be treated. Be kind, caring, giving, understanding, patient, tolerant, have unconditional love, be quick to forgive and slow to anger. Do things for others without expecting anything in return. Do all this and you will be happy.
