Do they just disappear or is a lottery held for other teams to claim them?

I would think everyone above them just drops down a notch. No one else is to gain. Only the Pats would be penalized.

i'm sure they would either be given to the jets, or just dissapear it wouldnt be right for some other random team that had nothing to do with it reap the benefits of someone that cheated, they should go to the jets, they're the ones that got screwed...

they should go to the jets. but i think they just lose them and they will go to some one as supplemental pics
