I am 20 years old living in Central Florida. I don't have much money but I wanted to see how to get started with acting. I am not sure if I have a local theatre to start but if there isn't, what else can I do to get started? Please help me out...thanks

Listen to The Dude, he has some great advice. I would also add that you should look into community theatres in your area and either audition or volunteer.
I think that there should be at the very least a theatre department or a community theatre near you. Google is your friend with such things!
Just as a heads up, I know you are an adult, but don't reply to online offers for mentoring or representation. Go through one of the avenues The Dude or I recommended and get "real life" person to give you guidence.

Just get online and search community theatre in the town you live in or surrounding cities. Then, go to auditions. Look for classes. There is tons of stuff in Florida, you just need to know where to look. Good luck!

YOu get started by being in plays where you are and taking professional lessons and reading and talking to a career mentor, which is what I am. I do not charge anything for my assistance. try your drama department in your local community college its a start and will have a wide variety of classes to give you a better base of your craft

You are starting out perfectly... no money, next live in your car somewhere near a theater and waiting for a big try out, work as a waitress somewhere and pay for your gas with your tips.
Next find a theater in your area... simply look that up on the net.
