Yes I have!!
I was eating at Cuco's Mexican Restaurant and I found a bone in my food.....How do I know?....It broke my tooth!!
And Cuco's paid to have it fixed.

This is a rhetorical question, right? Everybody who eats fast food has had a messed up order, gotten the wrong food, been treated rudely by some employee, had to use a nasty restroom or eat at a dirty table somewhere along the line.

Several times,ranging from horrid service to food poisoning. Interestingly,I've never had bad bar food. Maybe the upper class places could learn a thing or two from the "dives".

Unfortunately, I have. Do you want to know about the almost raw chicken that I was served, or maybe you'd liked to hear how I got food poisoning from mashed potatoes that made me sick for a week? So, yeah, I've had bad experiences..

i get sick every time i eat at taco time
and once we went to jack in the box and the kid put soap in my son's breakfast burrito they then tried to give us free food when i talked to the manager i explained i only wanted my money back we would never eat there again he said they don't do refunds i called there cooperate office and they offered me free food and a hat never did get my money back

When I was about to order a burger at Mc D's, I saw one of the cooks pick his nose. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!
