With a J, and since it sounds French, maybe Jenelle Marie or Jenelle Brigitte?

I think that the middle name should have an L or an N in it. Then there is still the pretty alliteration, but it's not too much.
Try:
Jenelle Lianne
Jenelle Elizabeth
Jenelle Naomi
Jenelle Lucille
Jenelle Vanessa
Jenelle Elaine

If you really like the "J" sound repeated, try:
Jenelle Geneva
Jenelle Genevive
Jenelle Virginia
Jenelle Jessamy
Jenelle Jasmine
Jenelle Josephine

I think that the Ls are the prettiest combination with Jenelle. Especially:
Jenelle Lillianna
Jenelle Lauren
Jenelle London

I like Jenelle with a J better, much more classy.

It's hard to say without knowing how the last name will sound following, but here's some starters.

Jenelle Rae?

Jenelle Celest?

Jenelle Sam(antha)?

Jenelle Angel?
