What's scary is that you haven't been to a Wal-mart???
Anyway, no they don't sell walls. Your going to want a professional drywaller to install the walls. Check your local phone book for contact info.
If you do want to try to do it yourself, then you will need to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get your drywall and the related supplies your going to need there.
