I always get what I know I already like, cuz I'm afraid to get something I hate and waste the fun of it. BUT I'm much more adventurous in other aspects of life. :)

I always order the same thing. It depends on where I am really...but I usually do because every single time I order something different..I always end up not liking it and then I'll just waste my money. But I don't even go out that often to eat but when I do...I order my usual.

It depends on the restaurant! If its Italian, lord knows he's blessed me with the fettuccini alfredo with shrimp, or some of that chicken madeira, or chicken marsala. I LOVE all of those, and I always interchange what to order according to what I havent had in a while, haha. Sushi, though, is the same stuff for me, like a sunkissed roll, spicy tuna, or lotus and sashimi! Sticking to what you like is definitely playing it safe, because you know that you actually like what you have ordered. On the other hand, you might get bored of it, and in that case you should try something new. Trying something new, though, doesn't mean going in an entirely different direction! Cheers =)

Variety is the spice of life. Depends on the restaurant. If I go to a seafood restaurant I am not going to order steak.
But if trying a new restaurant - try something different.
I can each chicken 1,001 ways and beef and pork not as much. I avoid snails and calamari because I hate chewy foods. To answer your question - use diversity - try
something different. In the past I would only eat chicken items.

If I have a taste for something served well somewhere, I go to that restaurant for the same old delicious thing, or, if I want something else, I will go to that restaurant where the dish was served well. I do check out the menu and ask about specials to see if there is anything new that could tempt me away from what I had in mind..

It depends on where i eat whether or not I order the same thing. For example if I eat at a restaurant I eat at often, I tend to order something different.

I usually get the same thing. I usually pick the places I go eat because there is something specific that I'm craving
