They would have 'jolly little debbie giants' for kids. Their skin would be a yellowish/green and that would be the short and tall of it! ;)

I see mid sized boys and girls running around . . . Girls with bonnets and green faces as babies. When the girls are teen agers, they have capris and mid drift that is green. Green hair and by this time, they are much larger than their mom who is yelling at them to hide their green around the waist and help more in the kitchen.
The boys are some who would love to eat their vegitables. They are also anxious to eat their desert as they have it in abundance. They are hard workers like their father. They love their tall corn rows and are experts in green beans. They dress a bit more modestly and have a weird thing for wearing green leaves on their head. None of the boys wear shoes.
The boys and the girls are tired of hearing their Dad tell them to eat their vegitables and love their Mom because they are the only kids in the neighborhood who get to eat desert first. They do well with bake sales on the street corners and at school fund raisers.

Well, they would have spongy, cream-filled heads, green bodies with cute little green-bean (instead of fig) leafs and cellophane wrappers for clothes. And they'd probably come in a choice of two packs or a can.
You could start nibbling at their toes, get your serving of vegetables and finish up with dessert. (Smacks self in forehead) OMG! What was I thinking? I could have had a V8 and a ding dong!!!
