Is an immigrant who is convicted of felony vehicular homocide looking at deportation? How would it affect a request of assylum?

An immigrant may be deported by conviction of a major offense. A violation of any US law (here, where the punishment is severe), may be a ground for deportation. Especially so, if it involves homicide.

A request for asylum is only done by individuals who fleed their countries to evade political persecution. The conviction of a felony might affect the request for asylum of an asylum seeker. The latter is still enjoined to observe the law regardless of his status in the US, or to any country where is application for asylum is pending (or where currently resides while pending the asylum)

I believe he would see the same jail/prison time as a citizen and then be deported, I don't believe it would help a request for asylum.

I suspect the request for asylum would be more a question of what country he was from and what the grounds for an asylum request was...it may not be a factor.

Oh my expensive i'm so sorry for all of you. You all would be in my very own prayers. you elect no longer difficulty he gets time and penal complex would be solid to him. He sometime will answer to a skill greater desirable than this earth ought to do to him. No he going to do time and sign in as a toddler molester. No slap on the wrist this time.
