Download and install Belarc Advisor. It will scan your computer and tell you what is on there as far as hardware and software. Also, what Ram you have.

You can also go to Hp site and put in your Computer type and they will tell you.

You can have up to 2gig of 533MHz or 667MHz RAM.

Here is a link to the manual, it will tell you the spec's for every part on your machine including the upgrades for the Ram.
