This was scheduled last year when the surge was put into effect. It was called a SURGE because it was always supposed to be TEMPORARY.

Basically the 15 month tour will be up for the 30,000 soldiers and we don't have another "surge" to replace it. It's like dropping an object and taking credit because the object successfully fell.

But Bush is going to announce it tomorrow like he's doing it due to our "success". Is everyone's memory really that short?

To be truthful there's no longer something we are in a position to do approximately terrorists via fact as an Indian I constantly watched Pakistan assisting Terrorists and Indian Mafia's Like Daud Ibrahim(who's additionally accused for Mumbai blasts in 1993 and is a suspect of Mumbai attack 26/11/2008). So if Pakistan is so sparkling why dont they handover all criminals to India like the Ibrahim and another Terrorists.
