TFT 260k is clearer as it has a higher resolution. K stands for thousand hence it is TFT 260 000 which is or course greater than TFT 65 000

This is the colour depth of the display - the number of different colours and shades that the monitor can put up.
260k is better than 65k.
However, for a MP4 player you may not notice so much difference. MP4s are compressed and lose some colour depth in that compression. So a MP4 that has a 16 bit colour depth - 65k - is going to look just the same on both players.
If all other things are equal go for the 260 k. Otherwise you may want to look into the colour depth of a MP4 movie.

65000 is 65k, so 260k would be better!
