What kind of questions would you ask someone who owns a music revenue?

i'm doing this for a college paper and yea i have no clue on what to ask the owners
for that matter
do i interview the people who go there too... or just the owner(s)?
(i'm doing this on fuel cafe for those that want to know)

It depends on what class you are doing this for and what information you want to know. If you are interested in the business side of it probably you want to know the, expenses and profits and other financial info. Do you want to know about marketing and sales? If you interview people who go there its to find out why and how they knew to go there and ask for suggestions about what they like best or least and what would make it better.
