You are talking about a town that has 100's if not 1000's of restaurants in it. Every type of food you can think of at all price ranges.
With a bit more information on what you like could be hard to give you good solid information on this request.
If you check out http://www.vegas.com/restaurant/ They have listing of just about every restaurant on and off the strip.
That should give you an idea of what you have to choose from.

hi there - congratulations! We chose Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris Hotel for our wedding reception and they did a great job for us - lovely food (including steaks), great service, and you get a great view of the Bellagio fountains while you eat.
The website below also lets you search restaurants in Las Vegas with fixed price menus for large groups by cost and cuisine.
