what could be the cause, I keep putting fuses in and they keep poping? My windows, radio, and ac are not working.

You apparently have a short circuit in your system. You need someone who knows how to find the fault. Whatever you do don;t allow anyone to put a larger amp fuse in. That could cause a major problem or fire. you could try turning everything off, replace the fuse then turn things on, one at a time, till the fuse blows. At this ooint the last thing you turned on is the problem
