Absolutely look at your diet and see if there is anything you can change about it and notice if it makes any difference.
Wear cotton underwear - it doesn't trap odors like nylon does. Always change your unders after you work out or get really sweaty.
All women smell differently, but very few smell so strongly that others might notice - I know because I've taken care of alot of female patients while working in the OR, so I've had to help clean alot of "down there" areas before surgery. You may feel like you are very smelly - but rest assured that you are the only one who notices, except maybe your boyfriend when you are intimate.
Some women swear by drinking pineapple juice - they say the enzymes in it are very strong and will help you smell (and supposedly, taste) more sweet.
Make sure that when showering you wash your labia, in the folds, and between your cheeks. Just make sure to rinse well - the soap, if left there, will make you itch.
You can use some feminine deodorant spray or douche - but those sorts of products usually cause more problems than they help.
Good luck!

You may have a hormone imbalance. With women when your hormones are all out of wack that can happen sometimes. what you need to do is ask a doctor or jsut go to a free health clinic and ask about Natural Progesterone Supplementation. And what that is is like a cream that you rub that gives your body more estrogen. When you start using the recommended doses of natural progesterone cream, allow 3 to 4 months for your body to reach the so called "physiologic equilibrium". Or what you can do is eat more meats with dairy product which gives you more estrogen. Also another tip is if you are wearing tight clothes a lot it can cause a stinky smell. or you need to go get a pap. and ask the doctor to check you for either a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. now even though you may not have a discharge, you can still have one of those two. you also may want to checke dfor any STD just to be safe. hope this helps. if a doctor tells you it may just be you, then you need to see another doctor! Also try very hard to avoid douches, yeah one every once in a while like maybe no more then 3-4 a year is ok as long as it is the vinegar kind, because those things can really harm your body. In the mean while to keep the smell lower or not existent, try using the Represh things. you can get them at walmart they are inexpensive and they work good!

Certain foods, definitely affect the odor of urine and sweat. It would not surprise me, if they also affected the odor of vaginal secretions. Urine, sweat and vaginal secretions all have an acidic pH in common.
Regardless, you could keep a log of what you eat, and note any changes in an odor of urine, vaginal secretions, or sweat. The chances are all three will be affected. Consider following a really bland diet, drink water only, plenty of it, and see what happens.
You may find a particular dish, or a particular spice, is causing the problem. A good example of a food affecting urinary odor, is asparagus. It causes urine, to have an unmistakable pungent odor.

It could be your diet. Have you eaten anything out of the ordinary lately? Also, more important to think about...do you have a vaginal infection? Or possibly contraction of an std? It would be the best to make an appt with your gyno and talk to them about your issue. When it comes to health it is always better to talk to the experts rather then rely on uneducated opinions.

Just watch what you eat cause you are what you eat. That means I'm a pussy! haha Some girls I've known do smell pretty rank down there sometimes. Just depends on how well you take care of yourself. You need to have a good personal hygiene. Just don't let a dude go down there when you smell like that if you want to keep him around. Good Luck!

Your diet has lots to do with the way your body smells. Try adding fresh parsley into your diet. It works as a natural deodorant . . . from the inside. Also, try drinking more water. I notice when my water intake low, that's when I start noticing odors myself! And for best results, STAY AWAY from dark underclothes, and underclothes made of anything BUT cotton. Airflow is crucial to help prevent odors!

You might need to delete a few things from your diet. What you eat comes through your vagina. If you eat burritos, then your vagina will smell like burritos. I know this sounds weird, but it's true.
From personal experience, everytime I eat mexican food, or italian food, the smell comes through my vagina.
Think about what you eat. Then decide whether or not you want to stop eating those foods just so you can have a better odor down there.
It's not worth the time or trouble for me, so I continue eating whatever I want to eat. lol
Cheers

Don't eat onions. your body will smell like what you eat, so try first flushing your system out with water, 8-8oz glasses a day for 3 days, along with ONLY clear and dry foods.
after that stick to fruit, and other foods that are not so harsh on your body's natural Oder's.

1. Watch what you eat.
2. When you use the bathroom, whip and clean yourself carefully and really good.
3. Clean/Shower it 1-2x per day.
4. When you're done cleaning it, put some lotion that smells good and is good for your skin.
5. Make sure your underwear's are VERY clean and that you keep changing them.
