It is hard to explain what it is doing. Sometimes it just flickers into a dimmer projection, sometimes the images on the screen and the windows become distorted. Colors will sometimes become inverted. It can be temporarily fixed just by grabbing the screen and sort of twisting it slightly. I don't know if it would be a problem with the video card since twisting the screen makes it turn back to normal. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem haping to my laptop screen.

I twist it in the same manner you describe to temporarly fix it.

I think the best thing for the both of us to do, I am just too lazy to do it, is bring it in for a repair. Replacing the screen or the cables the connect them will most likely fix the problem

Do you still have your warrenty?

Chances are it's the cable/wires going to the monitor, or the connector at the LCD. Will need a qualified repair person to check it. Make sure they are certified on your brand.
