Look around. Notice how many people don't have what you have. Things and relationships. When you have the blahs, think how many people are in a panic as to how they are going to pay the rent and buy groceries. Many don't know if a bomb will kill them before the sun sets. If you're lucky enough to live near a natural area like a park, go spend some time there. Get a grip and realize how lucky you are. Put your mind there and remember how fortunate you are. Come on, work on it. Be grateful and be respectful. We in the US are so fortunate. Thank your stars and get on with your life...and help someone along the way. It works for me. Good luck, sweetie.

or in Texas to celebrate global warming then I exclaim at the wonderful sight : The sun and I know that my time is up and as I melt away so does my blahs

Go to the gym. Nothing like a gym filled adrenaline rush. Plus you know that you're doing something positive and good for yourself instead of doing something naughty that'll only make you feel worse. Plus exercising has been known to increase happy causing endorphins!!!
