Are your organ's yours?

Should we pass our organs to someone else when we are done with them?

If your dead and gone, why not? Are they going to do something other than rot away? Why not be generous with them and pass them on to somebody who may need them.

I can't think of any use for them after I die. They may as well go to someone else.
