For me, king of "B"'s, Bruce Campbell. Or because of Burn Notice, Gabrielle Anwar.

Oh,I really like Bruce Campbell, too, but another one I like is Gary Busey,he can be funny, pathetic,or downright evil!Or Steve Buscemi, but I don't know if he would be considered a "B" actor.I like him, though. I can't think of any actresses right now......Gabrielle Anwar was the girl who danced with Al Pacino in "Scent of a Woman," right? I've seen her in a few other things, she's good.

for C-list:

Raviv Ullman (Phil of the Future) i feel like he is so underrated. the guest appearances in Law & Order: SVU and House he did a fantastic job with. i could really feel the drama and when his character's mom on SVU was being sentenced it definitely seemed like he was actually crying. he has the potential to do more than just indie movies but for some reason apparently people think thats all hes good for (that must be it because otherwise hed be put in famous films) the movie he stars in, Driftwood is gonna be awesome i can tell. i dont even like horror/thriller movies but from the previews i think im going to like it.

Okay for real...

I'm not trying to beat you up...I appreciate the question.

I do not grade actors or celebrities....because there are alot of actors out there (we don't know about) who are better than the well known ones....and there are many reasons why....

I look at actors as actors.....either their performance moves me or is does not....

Shannon Sossamon rocks! She's my fave.
And I dont know if he counts for B-list cause to me he's A-list but Mark Ruffalo is pretty amazing.
