First of all, talk to your parents about gaining permission to have a job and also to have a "sidekick id".
After they have approved, look into babysitting and first aid classes so that you can be certified and get some credentials and increase your marketability to families. Another good job for young girls in the fall and winter is to go around your neighborhood, if possible, and offer to rake and bag leaves for x-amount of money per bag or per hour, or per size of the lot you'd have to rake. In winter, same goes for shovelling driveways, sidewalks and porches. In the spring, you could go around the neighborhood and find out if you can walk people's dogs for exercise. In summer, wash cars. By the time you turn 14, you can look into a real job, like working at a Coldstone Creamery after school and on weekends.

There are lots of opportunities out there for respectable employment for young teens who are willing to actually put some elbow grease into the effort of the work.

Good luck to you.

you can just since your 13 you can plan partys and earn $30 in one day or walk dogs but if not simply take a paper route talk to the local magazine and the best if you dont have a ride tell your parents to buy you one you'll pay them back or tell them it will be a great birthday present

Most states won't allow 13 year olds to have jobs, but a few will. Look up your state's child labor laws. You could try babysitting, mowing lawns, etc.
