Some motion lights have a feature that if you turn the power off and then right back on, the light will stay on. This can also happen when there is a power blip.
Turn the light switch off, wait about 10 minutes and turn it back on. If the lights don't go off after a period of time, then you should remove the power and take the fixture down and dry it off. Most likely, you will want to replace it.
good luck.

Paul has the right answer on this, but mine takes at least one full minute to recycle. Turn it off. Leave it off for at least a minute and then turn it back on. Then leave it alone. It should then shut off by itself after the amount of time that it normally does. Keep in mind that flipping the switch a couple of times within a few seconds will cause it to go to the constant on mode as will a quick power outage that comes right back on within a few seconds.

that type of sensor has a photoresistive chemical paste in it, if the paste is exposed to moisture it loses it's ability to change from conductive(on) back to resistive(off)
