They look at everything, but the more recent grades are seen as more indicative of what you might do now, so they matter even more.

They sure look at everything. Also, if you were to do poorly early on in high school but there is a general improvement toward the end, they would take that into consideration, too. Good luck!

schools look at ALL of your marks, grades 9-12, and your consistency [like weather you stayed with certain classes or certain course levels for 4 yrs]

they look at everything you did in high school and extra stuff like sports.
