my mom was driving and some guy rear ended her and took off, leaving the left side of the bumper all smashed up. i dont know where to go to get it fixed. i need a new trunk, bumper and some of the side of the car. I dont know anything about that stuff so can someone please help me??? does anyone know a site where i can get the parts or a place near rowland heights/diamond bar ca?

First of all, this does not sound like it is going to be a do it yourself project! When you say that you need to replace some of the side of the car, I assume that you are talking about the quarter panel (back fender). That is not a bolt on item, to replace the quarter panel you need to cut and weld in a replacement! The deck lid and bumper may be able to be replaced, but if the quarter is buckled, most likely the car will need to be put on a frame machine and realigned!

The first step it to take it to a body shop and have them give you an estimate of the damage!. If it was a hit and run, you may have coverage under the uninsured motorist part of your insurance also.

Without seeing the car, I can not be sure, but from your description, it sounds like the car is totaled!

If you didn't get the information on the other driver, you would need to contact your insurance company. They would take care of the repairs, minus any deductable on her policy.

nicely, get a chum and havehim attempt to start the automobile, jointly as you pass to the oil cap and eliminate it, in case you dont hear or see any circulate from the cams yo have a busted timing belt.... ensure you didnt lose the rotor on your distrbuter!!!

take it to a body shop that is certified. with body work you get want you pay for pay a little and get crap do it right and it looks good and get a warranty
