I doubt if he paid her anything. She is a freak, she probably enjoyed all of the attention she received.
I really like Bill Clinton as a person, but I admit he has a weakness for unattractive women. Paula Jones is less attractive than Monica Lewinski.

Clinton never faced jail time. It was a civil suit. He settled with Jones for $850,000 because it was cheaper than continuing to fight it. He admitted no wrong doing in the final settlement agreed to by Jones.
