How much debt do you have to pay back from your college expenses?

Unless you are in some kind of a special program (which exist only in a few limited majors when they promise to provide service after graduation), you have to pay back whatever you took out. How much people take out depends on how expensive the school is, how much money the student and his/her parents have, and what other forms of financial aid (scholarships, grants, work-study, etc.) the student got.

I don't know. They wouldn't give me a loan. I had to work to get through college.

are you wondering how bad it is?? you don't want to know....i'm looking at around $30 K+...not the worst i'm sure, but bad enough for me..... yippy skippy
