Your question is a bit puzzling. If what haunts us before our sleep still haunts us before we wake, wouldn't that mean we didn't sleep at all and went to bed with a burden in our heart and kept worrying about it the whole night before leaving the bed? I personally am blessed with a nice sleep mostly filled with dreams every single night and the moment I go off to sleep I am transported to some dream land where things are not in my hand and it may take me miles away from my worries and sometimes I am rewarded with wonderful dreams and I wake up feeling good, with a smile that may last the whole day. In fact, the same dreams can haunt me after I wake till I sleep again......I think I am weird because I prefer dreams to reality.

No. What haunts me before I sleep gets left in the waking world. I have a special place, and on my way into sleep I leave my waking baggage at the gate.

a million. purely befell one night (final night). 2. befell 2 to 5 situations earlier you extremely slept (you're undecided if two times, thrice, 4 situations, or 5 situations, nevertheless the progression befell final night). So possibly you have been undecided in case you extremely heard some thing approximately thrice. //////// I have no undertaking believing that there are spirits or hauntings. yet i could make helpful that it's not purely a byproduct of an lively mind's eye reacting to a frightening tale. very in many situations, whilst young ones watch frightening video clips, they get nightmares. i've got faith that that's what befell to you. nevertheless you weren't totally asleep, think approximately been having a lucid dream. for sure there are a number of conceivable solutions. One conceivable answer is that think approximately been visited via a spirit. yet another conceivable answer is that the springs on your mattress created a crystal radio (in a lot the comparable way that a pair of teeth fillings can try this). on the factor of touch of two numerous metals, a semiconductor junction can form, and which could "hit upon" an AM sign via rectifying 0.5 of it. The severe frequency factors are filtered out via stray capacitance (for this reason, you have a crystal radio. . . a radio devoid of any batteries, and you %. up voices on your mattress springs). Which answer is right? possibly there are recommendations that i've got not even theory-approximately. yet purely time will tell. once you have undeniable info that spirits are around (as many in this communicate board have claimed), then i could have faith which you fairly do have a spirit undertaking. until eventually then, we could wait and notice. those voices (or the spirits in the back of them) will possibly no longer harm you. Spirits are around us for all time. So, aside from retaining you up at night, they don't seem to be a undertaking.

it reminds me of stories about Mara.

Sometimes they are contradictory. For instance, I will go to bed worrying about my single status and biological ticking clock etc and wake up thinking... being single is great, stuff having kids and getting married. But that is just me I think. Probably nothing to do with the sleeping/waking process at all.

I am haunted by decisions I make, even though I have been making them for years, good and bad, I am so driven for perfection, I don't want to hurt people that I love dearly. When a decision arises that is serious and I am the sole decision maker, it haunts me for days, sometimes weeks, morning and night . . . . . it is my thorn in life.

No and at times I wish it would as my subconscious is much smarter than my conscious and would be better able to deal with it. For many times true answers come during my sleep rather than during waking hours. I have more respect for the answers that are given in my dreams as I can not question their honesty. But awake I lie to myself all the time.
