It might be a little bit scary, but it feels good. It is a feeling that I can't describe. You become proud of yourself and your significant other. There is also a benefit. You can do things more freely. like have sex in the living room if you so desire to. Or maybe walk naked around the house. You get to do anything without worrying about making someone else uncomfortable. Good luck in your endeavor. I wish you guys the best.

Do you mean moved out from parent's home? I was 16, I was an emancipated teen. I didn't get married for another 10 years after I moved out of my parent's home.

How does it feel to be on your own?

Every now & again I go bush on a camping or fishing trip for a few days - on my lonesome!

No, I tell a lie, I take my dog with me.

Everyone needs to be alone at times & have their own space. Now that you & fiance will be on your own you may find later that you even want to have time away from him for a day or so.

No harm in that, either.

I felt great. I finally knew what my mother meant when she used to say "aint nothing like your own". To just do as you please whenever you please is sooooo wonderful.
