If what you want is the formula to convert between C anf F, you need only know that the relation between F and C is linear and two points on the curve (F,C) are (32,0) and (212,100). Therefore, C - 0 = [(100 - 0)/(212 - 32)]*(F - 32), or C = (5/9)*(F - 32). From that you get the reverse relation F = (9/5)*C + 32.

Formulae:
Converting Celsius to Fahrenheit:
F = (C * 9/5) + 32
Converting Fahrenheit to Celsius:
C = (F - 32) / 1.8

Let's assume 10 degrees C to be converted to F:
F = (10 * 9/5) + 32
F = 18 + 32
F = 50

Let's convert back 50 F to C:
C = (50 - 32) / 1.8
C = 18 / 1.8
C = 10

From these demonstrations we know that the formulae are accurate.
