1: Tools> Delete Browsing history
2: Tools> Internet Options> General tab Browsing history Delete button.

1.open up Internet explorer
2.click tools from the menu
3. click Internet options
4. a screen will pop up look at all the buttons ON THAT PAGE
5. see a button called "clear history" click it
6. a message box will prompt you if you want to lear you history
7. click yes
8. your done

Open up the drive c:\ , go to windows folder and look for the folder "cookies" and "temp", delete each and every file under this folder.
