When I am siting at a red light with the brake applied that is when it acts like it wants to stall but it only does it every once in a while... I put a air filter in and got oil changed and that was all I have done that changed the transmission fluid and put fuel injection cleaner in the gas tank. I am not sure what it could be it only happens every so often and after I have drove 30 miles an come to a red light it acts like ti wants to stall the RPM's go down

If you are acts like it wants to stall when you begin to let off the throttle it is probably your IAC, yoru IAC (Idle Air Control) meters a certain amount of air through the throttle body when the car starts to near an idle situation, if the IAC is stuck or not opening properly your car is starved of air and begins to stall or stumble.

If I had more information on the year make and model of the car it would help with trouble shooting. A few things you can have done that would cause this would be a tune up, a vacuum check, and fuel pressure test. with a tune up if you take it to a good shop, they should replace the spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, (If you have a distributor) the cap and rotor. with the vacuum check they test to see what you current manifold vacuum is and then run some tests to determine if you have a vacuum leak. with the fuel pressure test they attach some gages to the fuel system and see how much pressure the fuel pump is putting out. If this is low they know you have a bad pump or filter. they can then replace the pump. if it is intermittent and your not receiving a check engine light the problem may simply be a clogged fuel filter. there could also be a possibility of an electrical problem. have the mechanic check or replace both the battery cables as well.

Year make and model would be very helpful. PVC valve could be sticking, EGR valve could be sticking, low idle speed, high float level, heavy float, bad plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap, rotor any number of things.
I'll take a stab at it. If it idols fine when the motor is cold, the fuel mixture is enriched. When its hot ideally the fuel system is leaner. There may be a slight vacuum leak. I'd go to NAPA and bu a 16 oz. plastic bottle of 3M Complete Fuel System Cleaner. Dump the entire bottle into our fuel tank fill it up with gas and take a steady long highway drive. This cleaner does a good job on throttle bodies, carburetors, intake manifolds, intake valves and most importantly combustion chambers.

Idle control valve. This is the most common answer this computer controlled cars. The second one is the fuel pressure regulator.
I had a Toyota once that did this, turned out to be the cap and rotor. But that car had points.
So I tend to look at tune up items first like plugs, cap, rotor and wires.
