"do have"

"can be found"

Here's the definition:

simple predicate consists of only a verb, verb string, or compound verb:

The glacier melted.
The glacier has been melting.
The glacier melted, broke apart, and slipped into the sea.

"Not" is not in the first one because it is acting as an adverb, modifying "have."

Predicates are simply verbs.
In this sentence, the verb is "do have".
In the other you mentioned, it is more a compound verb, but is "can be found."
