I haven't read them since middle school, but I loved To Kill A Mockingbird and Kiss the Dust. Where the Red Fern Grows was good as well, but I didn't like Sign of the Chrysanthemum. I haven't read the others. I would probably choose To Kill A Mockingbird because it is an excellent book that I think everyone should read at least once. Or Kiss the Dust because it was such an interesting story, and very relevant to current events.

I've read, Where the Red Fern Grows (such a sad book, if you don't like sad books, I advise you not to do it on it, for it made me cry), To Kill A Mockingbird (this is a great book, and keeps the reader interested, I'd choose this one), and Roll of Thunder, Hear my Cry ( I read this book in 6th grade, and it's pretty good, but it has sort of a confusing plot). So out of all of these To Kill a Mockingbird would be the best choice.
Hope I helped =0),
Ellen

I have read only Number 2 and 6 on your list. I liked both novels but I would definately say that I enjoyed To Kill A Mockingbird a lot more.

To kill a Mockingbird, Most definately. Its so deep you will fall right into it and its easy to understans (and appreciate) what the book is about. Its by far the easiest to write about, because you remember it and it shows you how its thinking. :-)

Angela's Ashes, the call of the Wild and White Fang. The latter 2 are biographies (Jack London's existence interior this form of wolves) and incredibly touching. i'm a great fan of Jack London...
