How do you make it so you can place windows and doors in random places like on the foundation? I know it is a cheat, but I forgot it. Please help.

It might be 'moveobjects on.' If you want to turn it off during game play, type in 'moveobjects off' and that will reset the moving objects back to the originallity. If you keep the 'moveobjects on,' you can also move sims and other objects as well.
