I agree with CONTENT, find out which kind of Jew he is becoming, if he is a reform then you will probably not mind his transformation of faiths. As I type this I know better, Orthodox Jews don't look for people to join in their faith. The reformed Jews don't mind if you want to join. (I know this from living in an Orthodox community and from family) Don't look for him to be available on Friday nights or for him to eat pork anymore. Wish him a Happy New Year, it just passed.

I think it makes a huge difference what kind of Jew he became. So, find out if he became an Orthodox Jew or a member of the more liberal and reformist Jewish communities.

I don't know about the Jewish Community but I worked with a couple of Jewish Guys, and they are pretty cool.

A social community within any other Community,sometimes aiming at being a social part of It and sometimes not integrating at all.(not very Social)
Originally from one of the many ethnic groups in the mediterranean Levant,with many assumed(or not) trails along foreign roads.
A stubborn way to live,sometimes pays and sometimes is costly.Hard to survive.Admired and/or despised.

i wonder how your brothered entered into being jew? jews are not preachers to their religion ,it is a kind of closed religion.
in general jews are good people,suffered too much ,were misunderstood......etc
