I don't know the place it's from, but the letter of the district is "D". I cannot look it up in a book nor can I visit a nearby coin dealer because there aren't any around. Please do not mention that.

The 1996 star note retails for $150 in grade choice crisp uncirculated 63. If Circulated it is not in a collectible condition at least not yet. The note is too new. Dealers pay at least 40% or more less. By the way a coin dealer is not the place to go unless he deals in a lot of paper currency also. People with paper money to sell do better with currency dealers.
