I will be arriving in Mumbai on Mon and want to know if my luggage will be off loaded there and checked or will it go on to Goa to where i am going and be checked by customs when i arrive there

It depends how your ticket is booked. If you have booked the ticket directly to Goa and your travel is in a connecting flight operated by the same airline, your baggage will be transferred to that flight. However, if your connecting flight is through any other airline, the baggage willbe offloaded at Mumbnai. You have to clear the baggage through customs..

Mumbai international and Domestic airport is diferent. So you need to complete all the customs formalities and checking at Mumbai itself.

You would not require to do through any checking at Goa.

Yes...only if your further travel is by the same airline.I am from Goa and i travel a lot, so for sure it will be unless you are on jet airways from London or Brussels...

depends on which airline you are travelling on, but 99 % yes, you will have to do customs and immigration at mumbai airport, as it is the first international gateway to india on your route, well same applies for the US too

your luggage will be delievered to whatever your boarding pass destination is, the baggage tag will be attached to it
