Hi!

Do you, or have you ever, worked with Documentum? Did you like it? Was it beneficial? I think we could use it here in my department, but I have to submit a business case for approval..

Any help very much appreciated!

Yes. From my understanding, I think there are support problem when there are problem occurs, unless you continue to engage them to maintain the system.
