Vision Cage Clean Up?

What is the best way to clean stuck on urinates from the palstic material of vision cages without spending an hour on my hands and knees?
I use newspaper as bedding, but some times my boas don't feel like going on the paper. Any kind of solution I could use? Household cleaner that dissolves it (with me making sure the cleaner absolutely gone afterwards of course)?

A vinegar/water solution sprayed on will usually dissolve it off in minutes. Rinse well, very safe around animals.

windex and a scotchbrite pad usually work fine for me.
