it turned into grudge. devoted talent of the past is no more. these young kids are greatly influenced by rap and black culture. they know it's easier to be lazy and not try.

I think you need to expand your listening methods, because there are many great rock bands out there that don't try to incorporate a rap style. If you stick with one radio station they don't go outside a certain sound. Satellite radio has good choices.

I think Daughtry's voice is pretty good. There are still some bands out that who have nice voices but most of them are crap boy bands who all fit into the same mold. Ugh. I say rock today sucks big time.

I did a examine paper on rock n roll and its music that blended the two white human beings and black human beings under the comparable roof. i think of father and mom began to agonize cuz their young ones began putting out with "colored" human beings. The checklist business enterprise wanted to create a form of music for youthful white young ones with sturdy, helpful vocals that appeared like that of a white guy. So i do no longer think of its white human beings music. Rock n Roll improve into produced from rhythm and blues. If there improve right into a black rock band with actual music, i could hear to it. So i think of they could improve into commercially powerful if the music is sweet. Sorry for the historic previous lesson yet music is my prominent subject count.

Everything is just about computerized !!
The great rock stars have a few things in common , great songwriting, vocals and guitarists, etc ..
Today everything is mostly done by computers , so it doesn't sound the same.

It's gone to hell. The focus is so much on rap that most people don't notice that mainstream rock is just as bad.

It tried to stay above the other average trends in music, but recently, due to pressure of lazy hip-hop "culture" among other influences, it eventually caved in around the early 90's as well.

I will say with alternative music it is hard to decipher between that and rock.
