i have homecoming in a few weeks and i need to know what color the guy should wear for his shirt/tie (not a tux) that would go with a black dress. there are no other colors in the dress, so what colors would look best for him?

shirt: gray
tie: pinstripe or gray/black patterned.

specific as a rely of fact. I went on a cruise those days and the tux become basically high quality yet interior the frenzy of the 2nd shoes have been all forgotten approximately. guy factor i assume and all i had become my severe tops( black in colour) Pulled it off without even a smirk.. Love the cruise deliver adventure..

A dark color. Like a deep green, or maroon would look real nice
