Funny I have no expectations, I feel blessed to be kind to someone else, and watch them smile. My grandmother was the kindest woman I ever knew...never heard a negative word come from her mouth. She used to tell me I was her favourite, and I believed it until I heard her say it to everyone else. lol As a kid she spoiled my brother and I..I would jump up and down with excitement if I knew I was going to her place. She would make us cupcakes, chocolate milkshakes, play games with us all afternoon, take us swimming...she really knew how to love. She emptied herself of herself, and lived her life for others. When I became a teen, she hooked me up with a really nice girl. She was a real gem.

Blessings to u Jessi

No; bullets ricochet, kindness is just not as likely a target for the shooter...

Yes I believe it does. I was just reading an email that my sister sent and it was a story about an old lady who was helped by a man and later the old woman helped a lady who happened to be the wife of the man who helped her. Neither lady knew that it was the man who connected to both people out of one act of kindness he once showed the old lady. God Bless

Sometimes.

Kindness emanates from us all and ricochets off those closest to us and hist those closest to them and so on until it either hits us back or gets itself absorbed by some needy soul who has less than ther share of kindness a that time.

It is the butterfly effect of kindness.

If you keep your eyes open you can see the wings flutter.

Absolutely yes!

And if it doesn't ricochet back onto you directly, it will will touch lots of people on it's journey.

Yes, I believe it does!
Being kind to someone or something, is an act that should come from the heart, and without expectations.
Otherwise, disappointment may follow.

Everything comes in time.

Usually, but some people absorb all the kindness flying their way and never bounce it back to other people.

I wish it did more often too. People can be so uncool can't they? I think they made the saying...Nice guys finish last...after me. It's cool. I'm not changing who I am for anybody. ♥
