Maybe it's a misspelling of 'cinquain' -

In poetry, a cinquain or quintain is a 5 line stanza, varied in rhyme and line, usually with the rhyme scheme ababb.

I have never heard of "cinqueen", but "cinquain" is a group of 5 of something; it is related to the word "quincunx", which is an arrangement of 5 objects in the pattern such as may be seen on a regular six-sided die.
