You have an agent or read trade publicationss. People who ask this question are usually starry eyed youngsters who think they can get a speaking role in a film or tv show without any experience or know how. Can't be done. Takes years of experience, training and know how to be an actor.

Go to google.com and search what you are interested and the state and city you live in. It also helps to put a year in your search. You can find many different links for you to go to. Another option is search your city and talent agencies.

Example: Modeling Agencies in Las Angeles CA
