I am not a good cook I am a great cook.....I have more then one but one of my specialty's is Manicotti when I make it I make my own noodles. I do not use the tubes you boil.

I make a mean pot roast too....with potatoes, onions, and carrots....

I make my own BBQ sauce and anything I BBQ with it is great....

I can usually just throw whatever is in the fridge together and it comes out tasty.....

I usually follow the recipe the first time I make it and then I figure out how to make it better.......

Excellent? Yes!!!

My personal favourites are Indian Curries - however I am married to an Italian and have learnt a lot about italian cooking - I have been told (by my mother-in-law no less) my pasta sauces are as good as any she has ever tasted...
